No power to fan & both power outlets

Hey all,
I hope to see if anyone has had same issue as I have.
while driving blower just quit (A/C was on). Also
BOTH power outlets in front no longer work.
Nothing was plugged into them at the time.
I have checked all the usual suspects, fuses, relays, resistors.
nothing, I even replaced the complete fan control switch.
I have checked and have no power coming into any of these devices.
Any ideas?

Re: No power to fan & both power outlets

Checked the wiring schematic, but didnīt see a common thing which would make them all fail. Did you check if there is power at the fuses in the PDC under the hood? Fuses #2, #10 and #11. Also no power to the cargo area power outlet?

Re: No power to fan & both power outlets

The only thing what they have in common is connector C2 on the junction block. If that one is not well locked, it could interrupt the power supply from the RUN relay contact to the heater control module (stopping the blower motor) and cutting the power to both front power outlets. The rear power outlet uses connector C3 on the junction block, so will not be effected.

Re: No power to fan & both power outlets

Okay, sounds like something to check.
Do you know where this C2 connector is located?

Re: No power to fan & both power outlets

Seems to be the large connector on the top side of the junction block
