Replacement Tire Pressure Sensor Recommendations

Just now starting to get intermittent TPS warnings on off one or more of my 2005 Limited (150,000). Started getting them randomly during a recent 1200 mile trip, about 3 times the first 600 mile leg, and then about 6 last night on the last 600 miles back home. They came close together within about a 25 mile stretch then completely stopped. I guess its time after 10-11 years to begin looking to replace them

Anyone have any recommendations on aftermarket sensors vs. oem mopars?
My TPMS setup on my 2005 does not report individual tire data, just puts out a dash icon warning that at least one is failing to report or seeing a low pressure condition. I did check all five sensor tire pressures and they are fine.

Name of replacement sensors and cost is appreciated.

Re: Replacement Tire Pressure Sensor Recommendations

Don't bother with the ones that are programmable - one size fits all. I tried them and they didn't work in my 2005. I ended up purchasing OEM style ones off Newegg but they no longer have them or I would link them for you.

I believe you want part number 68078861AA

Re: Replacement Tire Pressure Sensor Recommendations

Also consider a rebuild kit, which is essentially a new power supply.
A local tire dealer may have the OEMs or ones they recommend cheaper than getting them from Mopar.
