So I got new tires today and the service 4wd came on like after that I'd probably say no more than an hour the jeep runs fine in just worried about the 4wd. I tried to put it into 4lo and I think I heard everything locking in so I'd does anyone have an tips or advise?

What year is your jeep, and what 4WD system do you have?
You'll likely have to pull the codes to get a definitive answer. There was a TSB years ago about the Service 4WD message coming on when there was nothing wrong for 2005 QDII models (and maybe some others) that was fixed with updated software. More recently, the notorious recall that was supposed to "fix" the transfercase actuator has caused many, many people to have this message pop up, but it will also prevent you from being able to get into 4-Low.
Sometimes people have seen it with a weak battery, and then sometimes...it seems to be very rare...there is actually a problem with the 4WD system.
Do I have to get it scanned by jeep??? Cause I got it scanned at autozone and they pulled the brake switch stuck code so I was going to replace that could that throw the system like that??
On start up ive been getting the same service 4x4.. no problems what so ever and i do have 4 low too.. so if something is failing then i dont know what. Im ome lifted on 32s but it was on before that too. Also tuned. No codes besides the normal ones for my jeep. So nothing to narrow down the questionable problem at hand.
Mine does the same. I took it in at 90k miles right before warranty ended and they threw every replacement short of new axles and TC and could not get the light to go off. I have 4 lo and besides the light everything works fine
I have also service 4 WD , error C140A , shift motor replaced module replaced , harnest to th eshift motor checked , everything ok , but not working the only thing semms to be the voltage to the FDCM instead of 12 vi've a low one 3-4 V.
All fuses checked and ok is there anything to check lilke a fuse box ,or other harness ??
Service 4wd will sometimes show up when the speed sensor cables on your wheel bearings is bumped or touched, even from potholes. I'd check those cables first
Seems not to be linked for mi case to speed sensors the C error says it's the motor , and the electric diagram associated don't show any sensor I don't know if it can be linked
