Service 4WD System

It's been awhile... hope everyone is well.

So here in Detroit we've had lots of snow. Last month I had a bit of trouble in some deep snow. Had to shift it to 4W-Lo. Got out and had no prob. Today I got into some deep snow and had to shift it again... but got the Service 4WD System which is a first for me. So i turned the Jeep off and it was gone. Tried to shift it again but got the message again. Every time I turned the Jeep off it went away but would NOT shift into 4W-Lo.

Has anyone run into this before? I'm kind of at a loss... if this was a problem the message shouldn't go away, right? But it does, however, it won't shift into 4W-Lo at all.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

Wil

Once displayed TC is disabled because code have ACTIVE status. Only cure is to clear the code

Did you have the recent recall performed? There are some known issues with inability to use 4LO after the recall.
