I just started noticing the same thing...first thing in the am, when cranking the wheels in reverse...shuddddder!
The fluids should be fine...replaced then not long ago. What's the consensus, speed sensor? Where are they located? Could it be possible that road salt has contaminated them...it just started happening after we had some snow.
