squeek from driveshaft?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has come across a squeak sounding like its coming from the driveshaft at low speeds. I put the car up on the lift and spun the wheels and the noise was coming from the boot in the middle of the driveshaft. I took the driveshaft off the car and let everything spin and the noise was gone. Im wondering if the hollow driveshaft is resonating a noise from the transfercase?! It does kind of sound like a squeaky bearing. U joints all seem fine. Thanks

Sorry its the rear driveshaft...
