Re: still getting a misfire.. why?
Pull the intake, rotate crank to get valves sealed (cyl #2) against head, pour cleaner down intake. Pump air into the cylinder and see if there are bubbles. Indicates a sticking valve. Let cleaner sit for a few hours and see if the carbon breaks off. Blow out intake runner and spark plug hole. Drive (HARD). Seafoam again. Roadtest.
I'm still under the asumption that you have a sticky valve, but since you've been foaming alot I'd check the plug just to be safe aswell.
