Re: T-case Service Question

Mine had a big bracket in the way of the drain hole, I couldnt get a hex head or socket in there. I ended up cutting a 3/4" piece of 10mm allen wrench and used an open ended wrench. It sucked, but worked. I used those "allen sockets" for the top and it worked great. I did soak them plugs with PB the day before bc I assumed they would be a pain too.

This is the line I am referring to. The picture is looking up at the TC. What is it? Anyone else have the same problem with not being able to get the hex sockets in there with this thing in the way?

I used the combination of this adapter and a crescent wrench. Nothing in the way.

I am going to look under my jeep again this weekend. I swear i do not recall any issues with using my socket or anything in the way.
