Trans over temp

Ive been lurking here for almost two years now since i got my 05 WK, i was at jeepkjcountry for almost 5 years. Anyway, my WK has randomly been throwing on the CEL, usually when its below 25*. I tried to pull codes myself but i guess the WKs dont do it like the Libertys. I do however see the "transmision over temp" message for half a second before i start it. The CEL is always on now, but i dont get the actual message like others have seen. From the posts ive searched through, everyone has the CEL And the message at the same time. I only get the CEL. It shifts just fine, the fluids full and fresh as of June, and ive never had a problem with the starter. Any ideas where i should start?

Re: Trans over temp

I believe there might be a TSB related to transmission filters on the 05's potentially causing this issue...check wkjeeps.com for more info.
