Question transmission has water inside

Just replaced my transmission on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the 5.7 hemi. It started to leak so I brought it back to the shop. They looked at it and said their was water in the transmission, they are presently looking into the problem. Just wanted to find out it anyone has heard of this and what do you think?
