transmission oil temperatur to hot...... i think

today i have play little bit with my dashhawk and have see i have a sensor for the tranny oil temperatur.

driving on highway with cruise control 120 km/h i have 135 C / 275 F

thx for any help and information!

Re: transmission oil temperatur to hot...... i think

The DashHawk doesn't have an accurate PID for the 545RFE. It reads about 100* high. Check it when you first start it up in the morning and you'll see. If you have the NAG1 tranny, the PID for it works great. Trans. runs ~160-170* all the time.
