transmission pan leak

Ok so I just took my jeep in for a tranny flush. And now its leaking but while I was there they also changed the filter and the gasket so now I'm trying to guess what is still leaking down

It's probably residual tranny fluid that got all over the crossmembers and/or exhaust when they drained and dropped the pan. Give it a couple days and if it's still leaking take it back to the shop that did the service.

Re: transmission pan leak

Eh if you have time I would bring it back... being a tech I really appreciate your attitued Bradley, at the same time if there is a leak you want it resolved before it leaves you stranded. I would agree it probably is residual that is just dripping down from a crossmember, but reguardless of if it is or not it should have been cleaned off and should be still.
