Well, after having the jeep at the dealership for three hours they told me this:
1. The noises due to the lift and big
Tires.
After my response that the lift and tires have been on for a year and 20k miles with no issues i got the next explanation:
2. Everything is out of stock geometry and it's causing the noise.
After re-explaining my first response then explaining that all driveline components are in stock geometry and explaining exactly what the Superlift consisted of, I got the next explanation:
3. We do not have the specialty tools that may be needed to get it repaired due to the lift that's on it.

My response: "are you having a hard time saying that you will not work on my Jeep because it has a lift on it?"

The jeep is now back at home and I'll start taking the front apart shortly.

Re: Troubleshooting bad Half Shaft/Steering Rack/Front Bearings

I have the same problem right now with mine. It began after I got stuck a few weeks back. I believe that mine is either the bearing or the CV shaft. I really never considered looking in the front diff because I can hear it coming more so from the driver wheel then the middle of the vehicle.

THe one test I haven't done yet is jack the vehicle up on that side and grab the tire at 12 and six and do a push pull on it. If there is play in it that way then you have a bad wheel bearing. I figure if its not the bearing I will replace the cv shaft it is only like a 90 dollar part and not a terrible fix mechanically. If you find something else out let me know. I just hate to take mine to the stealership to hear there explanation of the problem.

My vehicle is also stock height with stock wheels so I highly doubt that the lift is causing any issue.

Re: Troubleshooting bad Half Shaft/Steering Rack/Front Bearings

I've checked a few things out tonight and I think I may have found my problem...
The front driveshaft is shiny right where it runs perpendicular to the exhaust pipe indicating that it is rubbing. I had the exhaust bent by a muffler shop so as to not interfere with the driveshaft, and in the past it hasn't interfered with it. I checked the front diff isolator bushing that sits right in front (top) of where it meets the driveshaft and I think it is shot. The result would be excess play in the front diff, which sits closer to the driver's wheel, maybe explaining why noise/vibration is felt more at that wheel. I set a prybar to it and it was easily movable, but I'm not sure how easy it should be to move. Here is what I am talking about:

Re: Troubleshooting bad Half Shaft/Steering Rack/Front Bearings

Hmm this one's a pickle. It could in fact be your front diff bushing, but I didn't see any tears really in there. When mine went it was ripped pretty good. Looking at the iPhone under the jeep vid it didn't look like the driveshaft was flexing up and down when you accelerated though. Just the exhaust shifting under torque. Since the diff is on the drivers side and the drivers side cv is directly inserted into the diff(pass. Side has an intermediate shaft the the cv) it makes it hard to pinpoint the drivers side drag. Could be a bad wheel bearing, stuck caliper, diff issue, cv axle. You said the DS makes noises when off and just turning the DS? Can you feel under the front u joint of the DS and see if the DS is close to or touching the weld nut for the belly skid? Maybe take the front DS off and play with the u joints and rezeppa joint to see if theres noise or noticeable play. Just a few ideas.

Btw check out car-part.com you'll find a front DS waaaay cheap. Found some in my area for $50. If you do need a front cv axle or wheel bearing check out rockauto. I got a new, not rebuilt Cardone cv for mine for $55.

Jay another thing to yet and Idk if you've tried or not but does it do it when coasting to a stop if you slip it in neutral?

seems like you figured it out from other posts, but i am going to answer anyways lol..... the axle was $123 to have replaced at the dealer and the part was $158 through the dealer. i had a aftermarket axle installed first and it was a POS! dont buy anything but a mopar axle if you ever end up replacing one.

Re: Troubleshooting bad Half Shaft/Steering Rack/Front Bearings

update-

1. The noise occurs whether in gear or neutral
2. I have found I can duplicate the noise while barely tapping the throttle while coasting in a certain RPM range.
3. hitting a bump will amplify it.
4. No play in the wheel/hub.

My Jeep is at dealer #2 this morning, who agreed up front that they had no issue working on the lifted Jeep. We talked in detail about the symptoms and what I had done so far. Hopefully with all that talk they won't try to pull anything on me. I'm sure it's not going to be cheap though.

I'll let you guys know what I find out from them and thanks for the input!

Re: Troubleshooting bad Half Shaft/Steering Rack/Front Bearings

Ooh new info. Amplifys on a bump, could be drive shaft, pinion bearing, u joint, cv axle, or perhaps the upper different bushing. Lol, sorry probably not any help.
