'U' Connect microphone problems

What's up people?

My wifes '08 Jeep GC bluetooth/uconnect quality is horrible. For anyone she's talking to- it's difficult for them to hear what she says. Whatever she is saying comes across very weak and sorta like she's in a cave.

*Now please understand She can hear wonderful on it, the interior speaker quality is fine it's the other end that has the issue w/quality.. she's weak & in a metal box!!

We've adjusted everything on her phone and it makes on difference!

Also -- It makes no difference what phone you use in her jeep and of course it makes no difference who she's talking to. Or what phone they are using!! The transmission is less than blaugh. It's HORRIBLE!!

ON my '05 the sound quality great. It's very difficult for anyone to know I'm on the uconnnect. I'll talk for any length of time and you wont have any idea I'm on the speaker phone.

Is there any adjustment for the microphone? Where is the microphone on her '08? Any tircks up your sleeve?

You're awsome spewing your input.
