Ughh H I D headlight snd foglights not working

Hey guys. I got out of work and into the jeep and i am having the problem stated above. Is there a specific fuse location for the headlights? I replaced the power wire going into the relay with a new fuse and wire. The relay harness is getting power but the head and fogs are not turning on. Any info on a location for the headlight fuse? I checked the 2 under the hood boxes and didnt find the fuse

Are you getting power right before the ballasts? There should be some fuses right behind the battery. Open the black covers. Also check your grounds.

I checked the fuses and relays in the 2 fuse boxes under the hood. When i turn them on i hear the aftermarket relay click but none of the lights turn on. I lost my owners manual and have no diagram of the fuses on the steering colum :O(

The fuse for the lights are under the hood i believe. If you hear both of them click then you know you are getting power and your fogs/lows fuses are fine. Check the fuses in the actual relay wire. Then check the grounds (where your relay grounds on the frame). If its all 4 lights not working it is something that can affect all of them most likely. EVen check where the relay gets power.

Check for power into and out of ballast. Find out where your losing power along the line. If you are getting 12v into the ballast, are you getting power from the OEM headlight harness, check all the power rails and figure out where along the lines you lose said power.

Re: Ughh H I D headlight snd foglights not working

I had a similar problem, thought I was hearing the aftermarket relay clicking but it was stock one instead.. As said above check all power going in and out
