Anyone know what it is? When trailering our boat in, the rear exhaust pipes generally constitute the limiit of backing the truck down into the water. Some guys take chances, but many end up sucking water into the block.

I don't doubt it, but how can this be possible? Clearance is what? 8"? So this is 12" above floor level. Wont the car be flooded through door sills? Plus some suspension component would also be flooded. And exhaust too.
