Wet Drivers Floor (Not from sunroof drain....)

Si I had the typical clogged sunroof drain, caused about 3" of water in my floor boards. I found the info on here, and cleared the clog, clipped the bottom of the line and it's been working perfectly.

Now a few times I've noticed a wet spot, dead center of the driverside floor board. I soaked the car with hose, took up the carpet and didn't see anything coming in.

Are there any other things I can look at. I saw what looks like some Oval shaped plastic drain plugs in the floor, could these be letting splashed water up from below?

I want to nip this in the bud before it begins to rust my floor..

Did you also spray water on the top side, or only on the bottom? A leaking windshield seal for example. Did you spray in the wheel wells as well?

I sprayed it as if I were washing my car. So roof, windshield, sides. Not from underneath upwards though.
