Re: Windows losing power??

Do you have a multimeter? I would try measuring the voltages on each side, possibly a draw causing it to go slower.

Re: Windows losing power??

Well if there was a draw, which I assume, where would the souclrce of the draw be coming from?

the other window? has anybody tried having another person sandwich the glass between their hands and assist the slow one in going up,to see if it improves it?
if it does than what have you got to lose by spraying silicon spray in there. there has to be some friction. and when operating both at the same time, its conceivable there will be a voltage drop. as those motors are pretty high amperage draw

Re: Windows losing power??

05wk im not referring to the grease on the gears and such im meaning the actual rubber or whatever the glass rides up and down in the door. dont know if theres any alignment on the glass but thats another possibility as well

Re: Windows losing power??

I know, the rails are greased that it rolls up on.

I tried the help one window to see if the other rises faster. Nothing. Even by itself of rolls up slower. I clocked it

Re: Windows losing power??

Mine is slowing down alot as well. The windows are all controled by the drivers door module. I would check in there
