Anyway after much investigation and stripping , not to mention driving around with one arm under the dash. I have sorted the rattles.
Hope this will help some of you.
1.both side air vents . remove end covers and pack below them with dense foam.
2. both heater vents at centre tunnel buzz!!!!!!!!!!! more dense foam forced under them.
3. heater box buzz. cable tie from heater box to upright metal dash strengthner.
4. low vibration at tick over. remove bolt located near servo on bulkhead. replace with home made bolt six inches long. make a point so that when you tighten it, it will pearse through the heater frame and will come through the other side. you can then put some washers and a nut on from the inside and tighten. this will clamp the heater casing to the bulkhead and the vibration is gone . thank f**k.
let me know if enyone has success with these fixes.

Hey there, Was it a rattle or more of an annoying squeeky little noise? Because I think there is some annoying noise coming from either inside my dashboard passenger side, or possibly front sway bar busing..
I will try and post a youtube video some day, there's a real annoying squeeky noises coming when I go over any minor crack or bump and I think it happens more often when I've been driving the jeep after work on a hot day, not sure if I've heard these noises in the winter..
