07 wk highbeams refuse to work!! help

I had HIDs installed as lows and highs, as well, until they both blew one night. I ripped out the HID setup and threw in some traditional Silverstar halogens but my highs refuse to illuminate - no problem whatsoever with my lows. I've replaced the signal switch and there are no fuses for the high beams. An auto zone guy suggested it may be a module attached to the front of the fuse box under the hood through which the power for the headlights travels. The blue high beam indicator on the dash comes on when i flick on the highs, but the bulbs do not. Does ANYONE have a clue what I could do to fix this problem myself rather than pay $130 for a diagnosis at the dealer?

Thanks for any advice you can provide!

Cant Imagine there isn't a fuze/s for the high beams? Did you put a meter on the end of the connector? check your box for any blown fuzes, thats the most likely culprit.
