Found it: tow hooks must be removed to install the guard.

I might have missed it in the thread, but do the tow-hooks need to be removed for this install?

I seen last night the ROMIK bully bar. I liked it looked like it was alot lower but stuck out in front of the jeep a bit more. Lightly pricey..
