Smile cluster question

does anyone on here know how to get the rings off the cluster? I saw it on a members page on his build and I want to do mine a custom blue but I cant figure out how to get the rings off. any help would be wonderful thank you.

remove the lens from the cluster and the rings just have some tiny tabs holding them in place. just pull them out. BE CAREFUL.

how do you remove the front plastic lens? is there clips on the side?!

yup it clips on the cluster. no tools necessary.

the cluster is held in the dash with 2-3 phillips screws. and 3 plugs in the back.

give the bezel a good pull towards the steering wheel and you will be able to remove that first.



NOTE: I ALWAYS UNHOOKED THE NEG TERMINAL WHENEVER I TOUCH ANYTHING ELECTRICAL ON MY WK........just saying/
