Re: Floor mats / Cargo Liner

Saturday, Drive to N.J. pick up our granddaughter, then northern Westchester to show the truck off to mother in law. Then take the Kiera to rye play land. I spent an hour or so yesterday fiddling with the settings. I can't find the setting to display the gear changes. Also can't find the new setting to auto drop into exit mode. Alas Kiera's legs won't reach the floor from her car seat.

Re: Floor mats / Cargo Liner

I've got the Husky WeatherBeater mats, front, rear and cargo. I only use mats in the passenger area in the winter (lots of snow, salt and slush here). I like the lip on the cargo mat, keeps things contained nicely. Have previously used WeatherTech, but like the fit of the Husky's in the JGC better.

Re: Floor mats / Cargo Liner

I have both the Jeep rubber cargo mat & floor mats...no problems so far. I do wish that the rear one-piece floor mat covered more of the floor where people place their shoes, but they still do the job.

Got them on eBay REAL cheap!

Just thought I would throw it out there.... Saturday weather - 80 with no chance of rain.

I would say (once you're done with the family stuff), crack open a cold one, open the manual and have yourself some "you" time.

Its the simple pleasures in life that get me up sometimes...

Re: Floor mats / Cargo Liner

For those that bought the WeatherTechs, did you get the Floor Mat or the Floor Liner?

Those seem to be nice and keep the carpet in the mats, as it were...

Re: Floor mats / Cargo Liner

I installed a CanvasBack cargo liner with side pieces. It is a soft rripstop nylon piece with a zipper to accommodate the split on the back seats (it covers up the back so tht you're covered when the seats are folded.). Like it. Didn't want a rigid surface for my pampered pets.

Re: Floor mats / Cargo Liner

Really torn on the Mopar, Weathertech, and Husky. The Huskys look the most durable and will hold water/snow. But I'm not sure I like the idea of the rear lip on the cargo liner. The Mopar Cargo liner looks nice, but the floor mats do not look like they cover as well. Also, looks like the mat does not come up under the accelerator pedal, and living in the snow belt, that area will have a lot of water and salt run off. Still undecided on weather tech. I am hoping to get more input from forum members before I decide.

husky front/back and weathertech/mopar cargo liner if I had to do it again, I'm really satisfied with the husky front mats, great coverage, I sort of don't like the cargo liner but I also saw here people saying the weathertech is slipery, not sure about the mopar!

i have some phone/garage pictures of the husky set here:
