No i'm here. Just work alot. Just got back to the computer. I swear I sent you the thing. I had issues with the one you sent, let the original sit in my garage and then sold the truck. I am still trying to locate the thing. I don't understand I paid alot for the TB and had issues. And really remember sending it back to you. Please give me some time to dig through my garage.

as for them having HIDs, you will most likely have to buy a HID kit unless they provide you with a kit in the links posted above.

I am one of those and I apologize. I parked my WJ when it started to have tranny issues after I installed this...and lost it in my garage. I promise it will be sent back asap. I have just traded in the WJ and bought a WK and started cleaning out the garage of my old parts etc. I am very very sorry about this. I started to diagnose what was happening and then the snow hit.
Your words, not mine. bored TBs do not kill transmissions.

I know you had some sort of issue after installing it...With which I tried to help you diagnose. The symptoms you had were similiar to other threads on various forums - that i pointed out to you. You said it yourself, "The TB is working very well", as you wrote an email to me on September 18th, 2010.

Ive sold almost 50 TBs to JG members alone, and you are one of 2 to claim to have had any sort of issue (The other was my fault and was fixed by boring the TB at my cost). I have never been asked for a refund by anyone who has received a TB from me. I believe at one point I think I even asked you if you wanted a refund, and you said something to the effect of "No, Im going to keep trying to make this work" . That was via text message, which I no longer have.

The point is if you had a problem with the TB, and you believe there was something wrong with the TB to cause said issue, you should have asked for a refund. At the time, I would have sent you one immediately as soon as I received the TB back. You never did, so as such, I expected (and still expect) either a credit for the core or the core itself. That was the way it was supposed to work. Im sorry that your truck had problems, but if you do not seek a refund, it is implied that you are satisfied with the product, and you need to fufill your end of the deal.

You imply that you sold the bored TB with it still installed on the vehicle when you traded it in. Unless you are leaving out part of the story, it sounds like it was working fine enough, because you still had the stock TB in your garage and my TB on your truck. Your story isn't adding up. If you had issues with the TB, why wouldnt you at least switch TBs to trade it in?

"I swear I sent it" doesnt really stick when you combine the above story along with several msgs asking about sending the core unanswered.

If I don't receive a core or a credit- or some proof of shipment- by this Friday, I will simply leave you negative feedback and move on. After 11 months I think that is fair.

Re: Headlight suggestions.

I never reinstalled the original tb because I didn't have the time. I could barely diagnose the issues with it. I didn't ask for a refund because I didn't know what was wrong. The surging at light throttle at a certain rpm still to this day I have no clue why. I could only assume transmission or the throttle body was making the acceleration mess up. I sold the vehicle in a hurry because of this because again, I didn't have the time to deal with it. I am 90% sure I sent you the core back the week I sold the truck. But oh well, you seem to have your mind made up. I still cannot find it, and don't have 40$ for something I already paid how much for. ( I cannot remember, again I have no time to myself working 60 hours a week) I will keep looking. It is now sat and you probably already left me feedback because again, I didn't get to it in time because of work.

Re: Headlight suggestions.

You are either extremely lazy, or something else if you don't want to just buy all black OEM headlights from DCSpecial or something.. and install HID's yourself. They are easy as changing the stock lights with new ones.. Sheesh.

I don't want the stock look. That's all that is holding my back from ordering those.

You cannot seriously be telling me you can't afford 40.00 as you write in- and continue to answer posts about- a thread about buying headlights. How stupid do I look?

My records indicate you paid 120.00 for a TB and a ported TB spacer as part of a group buy. This is dirt cheap considering you did not have to pay for a core charge like you would have to do now, plus the spacer was included in that cost. The agreement was you were to furnish a core upon receiving the TB, and you have failed to do so, or at least provide any sort of proof that you sent it.

All I see are excuses and backpedaling. It has no bearing on any of this, all I know is I have neither a core or credit, and if there is not a reasonable doubt that something was sent, I am leaving you negative feedback.
