How do I remove window trim?

My chrome trim that runs along the bottom of my side windows is starting to look a bit crappy. I want to either paint or vinyl them, but need to get'em off first. I know guys have done this but for some reason i can't find the info on how to do it.

Anybody have the info or link to the info?

THX

Re: How do I remove window trim?

Most just paint/vinyl the trim while it is still attached. The chrome trim pieces on the back rear windows are all one piece and must be completely removed with the glass. Good luck should you accept this mission.

Have you considered plasti dip?? Very simple process to get the results you want. Check into it before ripping things apart.
