Re: Lamin-x

Yeah. Even with a heat gun/hair drier they look way too small. Theyd have to stretch a ton to fit. My local tint shop quoted 75 to install but reqlly, if im going to get the tinted headlight look i should just get the real deal.

Re: Lamin-x

i hear ya bro! I bought the precut ones for the fogs and it was way to small. Even heating it and stretching, no way it was gonna cover the whole housing.

if you want tinted headlights, i think the best way is to get the lamin sheet and do it yourself and save the $ on labor.

or you can open up your headlihts and paint the housing

Re: Lamin-x

X2 on buying a sheet over the pre-cut film. They are notoriously too small on almost every application.

Re: Lamin-x

You could probably have a body shop smoke the headlights for about $50-75

Re: Lamin-x

I'm going to call them today and let them know. That's bad customer service. Although I don't expect anything out of them.

Re: Lamin-x

Just spoke with them and they said they need me to take a picture of the lamin-x on the headlight to show how it's not fitting/covering as it should. I'll take it with a grain on salt, but hopefully they'll refund.

Took two terrible pictures last night showing how they won't fit and sent them an email and I got a refund this morning. No email response, just a refund notification from google checkout.
