Peeling paint on side skirt

I washed the undercarriage of my jeep yesterday with the intent of undercoating the undercarriage prior to winter. Sprayed the lower lip of the side skirt and paint just peeled off exposing black plastic!

Can't really see it from standing next to the vehicle but if I kneel down the area is visible, a few spots the size of quarter.

This should be covered by my warranty I would think, has anyone else had this happen?

Re: Peeling paint on side skirt

Should be covered as long as it was not from some kind of object hitting it

Re: Peeling paint on side skirt

I have the same problem happening on my bumper, is there anyway to stop it from getting worse? My Jeep is dark colored so you have to look to see it, but I obviously dont want it getting worse.

Re: Peeling paint on side skirt

I will get it looked at by the dealer, but I will likely tape off and prime the area, hope the peeling stops.
