Do you know if the plasti dip has any effect on the paint/clear coat??

On the paint noo, i sprayed the plasti dip onto my car, and once it dries it peels off like it wasnt even there

I just used plasti-dip on my wheels, Since my jeep is a lease I decided to use this method because it can be removed. I have also painted the rear chrome and I plan on doing the side trim and grill next.
