Yes, if Ryan's trans. tune boosts the pressure, you probably wouldn't need the Sonnax unit. I think boosting the pressure with both (~60-70 PSI) would begin pushing your luck. Maybe if you had forced induction you could give it a try, as you'd probably lunch the 545RFE in time anyway. I don't think they're designed to handle as much horsepower as the NAG1's. They're suppose to be good for up to ~600 hp.

I am going to do the trans tune from Ryan...it needs something haha!

Here is a cheap mod...I bought a 90 degree elbow for breather tube or whatever it's called, capped the inlet on my intake and put a metal 2" long tube in the vertical end of the elbow...secured it with some zip ties and and secured the filter with a screw-clamp. Any small filter will work, as long as you match the inlets/outlets up. All in all $18 for the parts and gets rid of the black hose to your intake. Only downside is it will need to be replaced when smog'd, in Cali at least.

WkJeeps didnt have anything that i could find

and that website says this "Do Not Use on 68RFE with Diesel"
