the Halos look very good bro. congrats on getting them.

What is that plate you attached the regulator to: is it the bottom of the battery?

if so, you may want to try something else where that regulator is in a drier place than that. you dont want to get that thing soaked bro.

i bought what they called a project box for 3 dollars from radio shack. its a small plastic box with a cover and some screws.

Hello Rob my bro!

Yes i've previously seen the project box you've installed and i like it , but i dont like and* i am afraid that the heat sink which comes with the regulator is also inside the box! IMO it must be well ventilated! that was the only reason i've installed the regualtor in there, ventilated, and away from the engine's direct heat ..

I will someday soon test if water reaches that place.. its directly beside the battery, + i drilled 2 small holes in the battery tray under the Battery just for being safe !

If it was wet in there, i will consider sheilding the regulator like what you've done, but i'll keep it in its place + will figure something for the heat sink!
