Projector headlights for halogen replacement

so i found these on ebay and they're cheap for the pair...would this be a good replacement so that i wouldn't have to splice any harness' for the OEM hid lamps?

Re: Projector headlights for halogen replacement

Yep if you have 08+ MY then grab these! Theyve been posted in here, lots of info on them but this is a great deal on these, cheapest Ive seen for a set of two. Probably doesn't come with bulb/ballast but I didn't read too far into it.

Re: Projector headlights for halogen replacement

Yeah. Just the ballast and the correct bulbs and you're all good. Wish I could get OEM projectors.

Re: Projector headlights for halogen replacement

Do the headlights come with the self leveling motors ? On my 08 when you start the Jeep the headlights adjust down then back to normal height, and can adjust for load in the vehicle to keep the lamp height adjusted.

Yes.

But....you will have a small gap between the headlights and bumper due to the difference in design.

Re: Projector headlights for halogen replacement

I found a picture of how Scott's use to look before he custom made a piece to fit that gap. It doesn't look to bad but it would annoy me after a while.
