Re: rear wiper arm question

I noticed that the new arm has a metal let's call it a "bushing" as I can't think of the real name atm. I start to take the old one off and I noticed that my oem one doesn't have this bushing. I get it off and start to put the new arm on and I'm unable to go any further as this bushing is bot allowing the bolt to go through so that I would be able to put the nut back on etc. When I search the net and look online all the numbers match but the end of mine on the packaging has AB after the numbers. Are there different wiper arms or is this the right one etc. The dealership is saying this is the right part and I'm installing it wrong. When I tell them I am using jeeps manual on how to take off and on, they go silent. I'm hoping someone here can give me some insight or did they in fact give me the wrong part etc. Thank you in advance
Looks like the part is correct with the AB on the end according to JustForJeeps!
