Removing passenger front quarter panel

Well, in an act of stupidity and negligence to my surroundings, I ran into a metal dumpster and messed up the front passenger side section of my jeep . I'm attempting to remove the front quarter panel that has the antenna on it. I have the whole panel disconnected from all the bolt points but haven't figured out how to get the antenna bracket off without breaking it. I may be overthinking it but I couldn't find how to accomplish this through an internet search and wanted to ask before doing any more damage than I've already done.
