Srt roof rails

I plan on getting the roof painted black and at the same time would like to add the srt roof rails...I plan on buying them from justforjeeps and was wondering if there is any additional hardware needed to install the rails besides what comes from justforjeeps. Also I own a white jeep and would like to know everyone's opinions on satin black or gloss black roof! Thanks!

Do you have any rails now ? On the black I'd say satin.

Think Outside !- No Box Required.

So you want the black plastic non functional rails from the SRT ? I bet there are one or two SRT owners that would be willing to trade. The holes are the same ...

Re: Srt roof rails

I replaced my roof racks for the SRT rails. I just used the hardware from the roof racks that were previously installed. Thats pretty much it!

Re: Srt roof rails

another option..
you dont "need" the SRT rails. If you remove your stock rails, you can see there are 8 holes from the bolts holding the rails. You can use the old bolts but it'll stick up casuing it to look a bit off. Just find shorter bolts and you can either epoxy the area or cover it wit some sealant

Re: Srt roof rails

i can find the bolt # if interested. I use some 3m windo weld to over the bolt just to make sure no water gets in.

Saves you $100+ for the rails

I will let you know if I go that route with the roof, I am just waiting to see when the roof could get painted, thanks for the alternative!
