Re: srt8 springs vs. eibach springs on 05 gc limited

That does suck. At this project now alot of the union workers tell me how after the buildings done they are afraid there wont be any work out there for them and they might be laid off. Im not union, we are a third party consulting firm so we rely on bidding on contracts for our services or from previous clients requesting us. We recently had two contracts cancel because the projects were put on hold for the time being because they couldnt get financed. Im constantly making calls to past clients and seeing if they have any new projects in the works so I have work lined up. I should just get a government job, have a job for life with great retirement benifits.

Re: srt8 springs vs. eibach springs on 05 gc limited

And on the topic of this thread, I would just go on srt sites and try to buy a set of used srt springs cheap from someone. I put a want to buy thread out there and happen to get a great deal on these srt eibachs, a great deal actually.

My buddies dad was an electrician on his own for the longest time, then got a job working at Concord prison and now he is basically set for life with the benifits there. He actually "hurt" himself while there awhile back and took the summer off with pay and worked on an old lobster boat he bought converting it to a nice party boat. Talk about sweet,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Re: srt8 springs vs. eibach springs on 05 gc limited

CAN you run SRT8 Eibachs on standard Blisteins, or do you need the SRT8 Blisteins?

I want to drop my truck a little, but then again the lower they go the nicer they look. Maybe i'll go with standard Eibachs... and of course airbag the rear as well... For those days i need to tow...

then i have to get wheels, and new tires... man this is going to be expensive... and i just bought a bike.... Hmmm decisions............decisions

yes....you can put SRT Eibachs on the WK Bilsteins. Any SRT spring, strut or shock will work on the WK and reverse as well.

It doesnt have to be expensive. Look around for deals. Post a want to buy on this site and other sites for springs and wheels. I posted a want to buy on here and got a set of slightly used srt eibachs for $140 shipped. I did that for all my mods basically, my srt grill ended up costing a total of $10 bucks buying one used then swapping out my trim and reselling my stock grill with the other trim. Just have to be patient and search around all the time.

Well I found this old post on the eibach height size Well all my numbers have drop my 1/2 inch around in two years on install. Question I like to drop it more in the rear to 31 iches , Can I put rear SRT Eibach on the rear and keep the wk eibach in the front to get my 31 inch in the rear to make it looked level. Do I need to upgrade my stock shocks in the rear.

Thanks
Chris
