Question is... will this work for my Jeep and be a straight swap out so I can still use my steering wheel controls or not??

Any advice on this would be grand!

Re: Steering Wheel Swap\Replacement

Well you may have to make a customer wiring harness. Not sure if the power system was changed like it was in the '14

Re: Steering Wheel Swap\Replacement

I'm sure you know you will also need a new airbag. You should look into wether or not the airbag connectors are the same otherwise it's really not worth risking your life for something like that. P.S. Personally I like your current wheel better.

Re: Steering Wheel Swap\Replacement

I saw a thread somewhere (I forget where exactly) where someone was attempting this swap, and they found out it would be very difficult. The electrical architecture of the 2010 is completely different than that of the 2013, and the steering column is a different size.
