Re: sunroof accordian cover piece

Try Part # 05137558AA

I don't think I paid much more than $12 at my local dealer, though it has been a while. Remove/Install is easy, they just snap out and in.

Re: sunroof accordian cover piece

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I need to replace this piece and I have it in-hand. How on earth do you remove the old accordion piece from the bottom rail? I'm going nuts. Do I have to drop the headliner?

Re: sunroof accordian cover piece

Not at all. It was a lil tricky but if your old one is already torn then you should be able to slide it out. The new one only goes on one way, I learned that the hard way.

Re: sunroof accordian cover piece

thanks. ended up ripping it basically into three pieces. i was then able to pull the front of it from the front of the rail as there's about a centimeter of space there. pulled it with needlenose.

putting the new piece in there was much easier. you can just push it onto the rail and it clicks in.

still doesn't stick up top like it's supposed to, so i'm going to give it another look.
