Oil pan to the block? Aaah that can't be fun. Last bolt I snapped was from the intake manifold to the head and that was an absolute pain to get out even in accessible area. I can't imaging what it would be like to do it on your back

Yeah those are supposed to go to only like 8ft lbs. I snapped a bolt in the timing cover too because I misread the spec, but that was easy to get out with just a pair of pliers

Gears but be prepared to spend at least 275 just for gearing and dealer costs to recalibrate the tcm

Re: Talk about ANYTHING WK thread.

Anyone help with ideas or knowledge on how to record my exhaust sound in good or decent quality ? I tried different phones ie iPhone or Android phones but they keep sounding really muffled now that I put the GTHaus system on, the phones where fine with stock exhaust but not with this new setup? Just curious what other people hear have tried or used .. Thanks

Re: Talk about ANYTHING WK thread.

Like I said , my first sound vids of my exhaust were fine after I cut out the suitcase muffler and put in the xpipe but now I put this other exhaust in everything is so muffled ? , maybe it's just to loud for the phones now lol . That's why I'm asking other people on this site to give some other ideas

Basically whats happening is that the mics in the phones are being overloaded by the SPL form the new exhaust system that the phone is "clipping" to protect it. This results in degraded sound quality
