Pretty straight forward. But it's not something to fly thru. You will need to pull the axle shafts out, pull the diff carrier out which the ring gear bolts to. Then your pinion which is bolted to the input from the drive shaft. I recommend having a complete bearing and seal kit when you do.

The fun part....

Finding a dealer to recalibrate your tcm for the new gear. It will need adjusted shift points as each shift point will be at a lower speed

Hey B I got your texts but I'm in an area of limited cell connectivity. The squeak only happens when your braking? Do you feel any pedal vibration? Are there any clunking sounds? I thought all the fuel tanks were the same on the WK's. I will be AWOL until Friday.

Is there a alternate method to Lower/Raise the headlight beam if the torx adjustment screw is not working? For a 07 w/ EE oem replica head lights.

Talk about ANYTHING WK thread.

Whoops meant to post this in what did you do to your WK today

Not today but on Monday installed some new airhorns. I had a hella triple horn set and the compressor was done. I picked these up locally. A seller on eBay. 30 bucks, new sealed, dented box and wow are they loud. Was a little tricky finding location to place them. Previous set was mounted vertically and hidden by front bumper. These are larger 12" and 10" trumpets. I mounted vertically under the passenger side headlight same area the stock horns are.

These are Omega AH-250. Not a high pitched sound, deep, and definitely an attention getter.
this is a clip of them on YouTube that I found.
