Im hoping it doesn't reduce the visibility too much. Dont think it will, cuz i have LED tails.

Re: Tinted tail lights

Contacted Scott and he actually only lives about 30 min from me haha. Hoping to drive over to him soon and get all hooked up! From what I've seen of his work, you can't go wrong with him. Definitely going to leave the reverse lights clear though. I like the look of those. Question though, how will it be on stock backlights? All this talk of LED's scares me

I think you'll be fine with the stock lights. If you go too dark, the light output might not be very good. But at night, the drivers behind you should have no problem seeing your brake lights.

Ya I'll prolly just talk with him and get his expert opinion on how dark to go. I'll just go as dark as I can until it affects the output. Are my stocks going to warp though? That's what I've seen some people on here say. Ill just ask Scott about that too

Re: Tinted tail lights

Sorry I've not had much time to play on-line... been working on my Camaro getting it ready for next year's Drag Week...

I can do any shade.... very light to dark...

Light to Medium is what I suggest it just depends on how many coats I apply of

the Candy Black basecoat I make. Then Clear go's on top of that.

E-mail me anytime.

Thannks!
Scott
