To answer your question, those won't work by themselves. You will also need the mounts that the hooks bolt to in order to have them bolt like the factory hooks do.

Yes 120 without the d-rings... which is fine and the D-rings are not super expensive so your still about the cost of the mopar tow hooks for them to be functional and to be under I am not sure I would trust the reliabilty of a cheaper D-Ring as you think a flying tow strap is a killer, I would say a flying broken d-ring is slightly more dangerous. Dont get me wrong I am not biased, the d-ring is a good setup edging out the hooks function in EXTREME conditions, in reality all the wheeling a typical grand will get into the d-ring is mucho overkill for what is needed).

furthermore, Sir Isaac Newton could teach you a thing or two about gravity, as I stated the hook opening is facing up, add in this sweet thing called gravity and any slack in a tow strap not going to make the strap lift out of the tow hook. But think that all you want
