Use an ice pack on the letter for about a minute, then they will pop off. What it does is freeze the glue/adhesive on the letters and allows them to pop off clean with no residue. Heat guns just make the tape all sticky.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

The adhesive stays on the back of the letters. Most clean way to debadge.

Thanks man. When I tried the trick the first time I was like holy crap, I wish I knew this when I did my WJ! You might have to play with how long the ice pack stays on.
