Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Lol just use a hack saw! My climate controls have been really finicky lately. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and it always works on the highest setting. Now it only works on the highest setting fan speed and it sounds like the blower has something in it or it's not spinning smoothly.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Took apart my climate controls and made sure everything was making contact correctly. My fan or ac only works on the highest fan setting and blower making a weird noise. It seems like my controls are working fine. Could this be a blower problem?

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

I drove her to the wifes salon to let the cleaning lady in.

In the rain...
Turned off traction control, spun the dial to track and stomped it
off a red light.
Unexpectedly, rear wheel hop big time. 4 hard slams and the rear slid about a foot
to the left leaving the line as it launched up to 40mph were I let off.

My tires are the 895 dollar 3 season upgrade.
I expected it to light them all up as the old 5.9 will but it wears 32 x 9.5 bfg ko's. LT hard rubber.

Madanio it's your blower motor resistor I bet money on it, it's under glove box pretty simple with tourqes driver.

So lately I've been hearing weird noises coming from the engine and also the bottom of my wk aside from the muffler ... I'll make a YouTube video tomorrow morning and tell me what y'all think I could be tripping but then again can never be too cautious!

blower motor resistor . it's job is to lower the voltage when you have the setting on the fan to anything other then high. they're cheap and easy to fix. when i did mine i found several fried roaches bugs trapped in it.
