Agreed. Under powering speakers is the biggest killer of them.

Once you get your sub you should be able to set your bass all the way down. I have all aftermarket but i have my bass on 0 and treble on 0. My sub gain is set a little less then half on the amplifier and it gives more then enough BOOOOOM lol. Since i have a 3 way crossover on my front channel it produces louder music then the rear 2 way crossover so i have the gain lowered on the front channel and the gain set on normal for the back channel. The good thing about my alpine amps is if they sense clipping they automatically shut off to save the speakers.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Today, I ordered up a replacement driver's side heated/motorized/auto-dimming mirror to fix the double-vision problem with my current mirror and also ordered another 60k HEMI maintenance kit to do my tune-up this spring. Whole order went right in at $140.

Normally I like supporting our site vendors, but J4J was still $15+ more expensive than factorymoparparts.com even after the free shipping promotion AND the JG discount code. A few bucks more expensive, sure I'll bite, but not at $15+.
