Nope it's not worth it. At the most you'll see +5 hp max and maybe some loss at the bottom end. Not noticeable. I just don't believe in this stuff.

well he has the 3.7, like me, it will see an improvement and unlike the hemi, the magnum engines love flow. no loss of bottem end from a tb upgrade

go for the tb bro, there is a noticeable improvement in response and a slight improvement in off the line and a noticeable gain at 3k and up...funny 3k seems to be the magic number in a 3.7

I dont know Jeff, we are talking maybe a .1 or at the most .15 second gain in the quarter mile. Equal to about an 8-10 degree drop in temperature. I personally think that money would be better spent on a nice set of brake pads. Save the engine mod money for something more substantial.

Hell for that price you could even get a nice set of srt sways. Also a very nice crisp suspension upgrade.

ahh but it's more then just power, there is a fuel milage boost as well. all my mods even with a bad o2 I can average 26-28 highway and ive seen a peak of 34.5 mpg. even got a pic of it from the evic, but optimistic tho I think it was closer to 30 @ 60mph turning 1800rpm. city I get (good o2) 14-17mpg. (bad o2, 11-13mpg) but I have a heavy foot. besides every little mod adds up to a better overall performance level.

talk to dan, he got me my tb for 175$ but it came off a wrecked 09 with 25,000 miles on it, new he charges 260$

With just a tb upgrade we are talking .1 to .15 mpg boost. Honestly with $300 it would be a better investment on srt sways or brakes, might be able to get a good set of rotors and pads with that much. Jeff you agree with me on that right?
