Re: What did you do to your WK today?

You can swap the inner fender rivets to the reusable grille push pins so you don't have to keep replacing them.

Ya, I got a few different sizes and didn't like they way they fit. Didn't hold the fender skirts tight enough to the fender tabs for my liking. I could've kept trying different sizes but the rivets hold so tight and are cheap and easy to replace, I just stuck with what was known to work. I get a little OCD sometimes about little details, it probably would've driven me nuts to have it not quite right...

Did you just pour it in the gas tank?

Yup. Mine was crazy dirty. First time in 90k miles. Smoke so thick you couldn't see the house across the street. It was so bad that I jumped in and had to drive it out on the country roads (aggressively) for about 15 minutes so I didn't alarm my neighbors with all the smoke.

It doesn't hurt to do just the oil (and/or gas) every oil change actually. It will help to keep it clean and you just pour it in. Doing the brake booster intake every time is probably unnecessary tho.
