I installed white/amber switchback LEDs in my front turn signals, waiting for nightfall to judge the results. Also installed some Samsung projector LEDs for the reverse lights and rebuilt my 3rd brake light. My high mount brake light started working intermittently years ago and I was never able to get it functioning 100% after that, Today I tore into it to investigate further. It's a sealed unit so I used my Dremel with a cutoff wheel and separated the lens from the electronics housing, after testing the circuitry and connections I discovered that the years of the tailgate closing abruptly and the vibrations of the road have damaged the board causing a failed connection. I could've ordered a new one but I figured I could redesign it and have it be just as good or possibly better than oem. I used the same LED strips that I used for my puddle light project and laid them into the 3rd brake light housing. Changed the wiring and plugs a bit to be more conducive of the new setup. Now there's 2 strips of LEDs in my light housing for a total of 36 smd's, all sealed and mounted with no external indication that anything had been modified. If anyone is interested in details or wants to fix theirs let me know, I'm always happy to teach and share.

That Pos rental is going back. The steering wheel shakes at highway speeds, the brakes vibrate, and the engine is knocking and it has 40,000 miles which is a lot for a rental. By comparison the cruze had 2,000 miles leather a nav, and I was only paying $14 a day, $4 less than the fiat, however I did get a killer deal that week because the girl who was working there hooked me up . But regardless I should be getting a better car...
