Have guys noticed any improvements with this on a cable operated TB? I read a few older threads pertaining to the grounding but it seems they're all referring to the DBW setups. Makes sense that it'd work for either if it's just trying to clean up the signal from the TPS...

I cant speak for the metal cable operated 3.7's but on the metal dbw (only on hemi), the hemi guys w/dbw have seen improvements. ground mod doesn't work on dbw plastic tb's, but I found something that will work, but its a pricey mod.

You inherently don't need a ground mod on a plastic tb, since it's non conductive. The thinking behind it is there is a small amount of leakage current that flows thru the throttle body creating electrical noise which will skew the readings from sensors on the tb such as the tps. A direct ground to the battery will eliminate this leakage current as it will flow straight to ground. This only happens on metal tbs so a plastic tb won't have this problem if it is completely plastic.

the only metal I know of that one could put a ground on is the screws, but they are in metal anchors in the tb and manifold. I was thinking the same thing
