Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Took the teg to crusing weekend last weekend and it was running great. Installed coilovers and slammed the Sh*t out of it. On the drive home in the middle of delaware the engine died while i was downshifting. Pulled over and noticed the timing belt was really loose and jumped a tooth . Got it towed to a local shop and the belt tensioner is bad. Its the original belt so they are replacing the belt, tensioner, water pump and should be good to go. Luckily it didnt break and cause me engine damage.

On the jeep- loving the V1 detector it detects laser scatter so well off of other cars and gives me really good warning for police laser. Need to do an oil change as well and the diffs + tcase

Hey guys, has anyone with a pre '08 installed a set of Jk takeoffs with tpms? I'm planning on a set of '12 Rubi takeoffs and wanted to hear any success or fail stories. Thanks y'all.

Just got back from my "champion's week" 3 day event down in Daegu. Competed in multiple sporting events. My unit dominated the event taking 1st in 6 of 10 events. This morning we did a brigade run and got to run up hill 303. The hill the US/ROK armies held the north before pushing them back north. Anyway I got pics from the way down ill up load later. Got to rotate em.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Okay so I'm getting my programmer today. It is out for delivery. If I'm doing the 91 tune and I have 40 miles till empty with 87 is it going to mess with anything? Or do I just sit at a gas station and let it empty it's self?

Diesel burns slower. Last time I checked 91 burns hotter then 87, its why you make better power and fuel mileage on a higher octane then a lower one. Burns hotter and gets a better burn over a lower rated fuel.
