I bought a few of the rubber pad replacements for about $6/3 pcs if I remember correctly, worked great. I also bought one blank like you've got and had it cut so I could have an emergency "doors only" key to put in my hunting gear in case something goes wrong and I lose my keys in the field. I'm sure you're aware already but the shell won't run your ignition w/o the guts (transponder) and being trained with all your others, unless you've got an RF bypass module installed then disregard last.

Yup bought it just so I can open the doors, but even then it'll set off the alarm. I can only use it if I know I have locked my jeeps inside which I have done a handful of times.

Still OEM security or aftermarket? Sometimes if I've got my dog with me and make a quick stop somewhere he can't go, it's nice to have just a door key with me so I can leave the A/C running and lock it up. I try to avoid situations like that where I leave my Jeep running but he's more than enough of a security replacement for the small town I live in.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Stage 6 says a turbo setup for my rig would be 7k... Time to start saving up

Looking at getting their launch control...
Maybe for my birthday

Yes sir I'm in oc, how about you? Stage 6 is in Florida but they ship you a turbo kit. My motor is fully forged whereas yours isn't so you may not want to jump into a turbo too quickly tho

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Well that's some of the questions I would ask them. What needs to be done so my motor can handle it. Prices. Stuff like that. Not really any performance companies around us? Seems everyone goes out of state. I'm about an hour north of Alex he's inglewood right?

Yeah there are 3 performance companies I know off. Do you live near Simi Valley?

There's:
Spankin time motorsports
Maneys hardcore performance
Superior performance

Spankin would be in my opinion, the best option for you guys. Seen a few low 10 sec jeeps out of them.
